FVXLN.ONLINE is a content automation tool that allows users to generate and publish video content to TikTok accounts authorized by the user via the official TikTok API. The App acts solely on behalf of the user with respect to the TikTok account the user has explicitly connected.

2. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely and exclusively responsible for any content you generate, upload, schedule, or publish through the App. This includes, without limitation, ensuring that the content:

• Does not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Does not contain defamatory, offensive, or otherwise prohibited material.

3. Compliance with TikTok Terms

By using the App, you agree to comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any violation of TikTok's terms by content published through the App is your sole responsibility.

4. No Affiliation with TikTok

FVXLN.ONLINE is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. in any way. "TikTok" and any related logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

5. Service Provided "As Is"

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publications to TikTok will always succeed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FVXLN.ONLINE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or account-related actions taken by TikTok.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, at any time and without prior notice, in the event of abusive use, violation of these Terms, violation of TikTok's terms, or any behavior that may harm the App, other users, or third parties.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always identified by the "Effective date" at the top of this page.
