This Privacy Policy describes how FVXLN.ONLINE ("we", "us", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our content automation tools integrated with the TikTok API. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you connect your TikTok account through OAuth, we collect the minimum information necessary to operate the service:

  • TikTok username
  • Avatar (profile image)
  • Open ID
  • Access token (and refresh token, when applicable)

This information is used exclusively to allow the App to publish content to your own TikTok account on your behalf. We do not access, read, or collect any other data from your TikTok account.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your TikTok account and maintain your session.
  • To publish video content that you create or upload to your authorized TikTok account.
  • To display your username and avatar inside the App so you can identify the connected account.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with third parties. The only data transmission that occurs is between the App and the official TikTok API, strictly to fulfill the publishing actions you request.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Access tokens are stored in protected systems and are never exposed to other users. You may revoke the App's access to your TikTok account at any time through your TikTok account settings under "Manage app permissions".

5. Temporary Video Files

To process and upload content to TikTok, the App may temporarily store video files on our servers. These files are kept only for the time strictly necessary to complete the upload to TikTok and are automatically deleted after the publication is finished or fails.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

  • Revoke the App's access to your TikTok account at any time via TikTok settings.
  • Request deletion of any data stored about you by contacting us.
  • Request information about what data we hold related to your account.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Effective date" at the top of this page.
